Engagement-related records — such as transaction data, merchant statements, or tax identification numbers — are collected later, under a signed agreement, through channels we arrange with you. Do not submit passwords, full bank-account numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the public forms.
3. Technical data
This site sets no nonessential cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes form submissions and may log standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request metadata, in operating the service.
4. How information is used
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate your business's situation
- To perform engagements you enter into with us, including claim filing, monitoring, and disbursement reconciliation
- To maintain business records and comply with legal obligations
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with settlement administrators in connection with your claim, with service providers such as our hosting and email vendors, or as required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry submissions for up to 24 months if no engagement results. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward to support disbursement reconciliation, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not promise absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing ClassActionExperts.us@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business service not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
