1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of classactionexperts.us and the submission of inquiries through it. By using the site, you accept them. Paid engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — not by these Terms.
2. Independent third-party service; no legal advice
Class Action Experts is an independent third-party claims-filing service. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by any interaction with us. We are not affiliated with any court, settlement administrator, or defendant in any settlement, including Visa or Mastercard. Class members may always file claims and participate in settlements directly with the applicable administrator at no cost.
3. No guarantees
Settlement eligibility, claim validation, payment amounts, and payment timing are determined by courts and settlement administrators — not by us. Nothing on this website is a promise of recovery, a specific amount, or a specific timeline. Information about particular settlements reflects publicly available information as of the page's last update and may change.
4. No engagement by inquiry
Submitting a form creates no engagement and no obligation on either side. Engagements exist only when a written agreement — which states the contingency fee and the scope of services — is signed by both parties.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business you name.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site's operation, submit false or infringing material, or use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content and design are owned by Class Action Experts. You may not copy or redistribute site content without written permission, other than ordinary personal reference.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASS ACTION EXPERTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS WEBSITE, AND TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Liability in connection with paid engagements is governed by the signed agreement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Venue for disputes arising from website use lies in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
